Danske Mediers Forum is an alliance consisting of six Danish mediaorganisations and the two broadcasting corporations DR and TV2/Danmark.
The media is of outmost importance in regard to obtaining and sustaining a healthy democracy and in ensuring an informed public debate. In all situations where the media organisations have a mutual interest in regards to issues concerning freedom of speech and information, other editorial issues as well as commercial, technical and distribution issues, the alliance disseminates it's viewpoints to the Danish Parliament, government, the central administration and other relevant authorities.
